Can't believe the weather. +17 yesterday, just beautiful out. Woke up this morning at -7 with 3 inches (7.5cm) of snow on the ground. Hockey starts in 2 1/2 months here and we haven't even hit summer yet.

It has been wonderful spring weather all week, a welcome change after the snow melts and you have to put the sleds away.

Hi Marrella,
Cool that you are from MIA and have a brother in Tally.
I used to live in South Carolina. Are you a Raleigh Ice Caps fan?

Snow in the plains in May. Unbelievable!! Isn't that late for snow, even in Alberta?

Not really Tampalightning, we usually get one good snowfall in May, but this year we've had a week of it instead on one day. It snowed 25cm (10 inches in Calgary on Tuesday.

Well, May is a bit late for snow in Florida. I went in the pool in between following the Bronze and Gold games on Sunday. Not that I wouldn't mind seeing some snow on occasion...last time it snowed in my town, Tallahassee, was 1993.
