Saw Bobby Clarke (Fylers GM) on TSN today say that he thinks Jeremy Roenick should skip the World Cup for the sake of this health (all those concussions he's had), and concentrate on getting ready for the NHL season.
Roenick replied by saying that he doesn't think there will be an NHL season to get ready for....

I should clarify one thing: Roenick did say that he hoped he was wrong and that the CBA (Collective Bargining Agreement) does get signed in time.

For once I might have to agree with Bobby Clarke. I mean JR was showing post concussion symptoms in the playoffs. The hockey season is already long enough as it is. For a player who has had as many concussions as he has maybe not only should he not play in the World Cup but maybe he should call it a career.
