Man on the Moon, on TV (and Ed Wood during the commercial breaks - just because of Johnny Depp! )

Haven't been to the movies in while. Tried watching Master & Commander (or whatever that movie was). Bored to tears almost immediately. Made it thro 30 minutes and turned it off.
Saw Kill Bill. Didn't think it was as great as all the hype ... and I'm a big Tarantino fan so that was a disappointment. Will watch Kill Bill 2 when it comes out on DVD.
One of my absoute favorite movies of all time is The Year of Living Dangerously with a very young Mel Gibson and Sigourney Weaver. Brilliant movie.

Did people actually like Troy? It was the most disappointing movie I've ever seen. Three hours and eight pounds I can never get back.

Tonight: Raiders of the Lost Ark Best. Movie. Ever.
And about those LotR DVD's... I ain't buying a single case before I get that Super Extended-Prolonged gift pack version with all the three movies, added with those edited 10 hours of elven poems by campfire, 25 DVD's of Behind the Scenes -stuff and documents, 100 pairs of elven ears, Minas Morgul -doll house, a pound of soil from Shire, all the 18 master rings (3 elves, 7 dwarfs, 9 human), a bust of Gollum plus an inflatable Peter Jackson. Period.
